Refund Policy

Transparent billing and refund guidelines for our clients.

01 Pricing & GST

All prices are quoted in INR and inclusive of GST unless specified otherwise. Milestone payments must be made within 5 working days of each milestone delivery.

02 Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Nexaroot Technology India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to negotiate and refund the appropriate portion of the amount paid towards the requested service:

  • 75% Refund: If you cancel your order after payment but before work has commenced.
  • 50% Refund: If the order is cancelled after commencement of work but before 50% completion.
  • No Refund: If cancellation occurs when more than 50% of the project work has been completed.

03 Late Fees & Collections

Outstanding invoices (unpaid after 14 days of the due date) will incur a late payment fee of 10% of the pending amount. Failure to pay after a further 7 days may result in the matter being referred to debt collection services.

04 Third-Party Products

Any payment relating to domain registrations, hosting, or 3rd party software/licenses purchased on behalf of the client is non-refundable in all circumstances.

How to Request a Cancellation?

All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to work@nexaroot.in. Telephone requests for cancellations will not be accepted as they require a documented trail.

Processing takes 7-10 working days.

Nexaroot Technology India Pvt Ltd builds and tests all projects on internal staging servers before final deployment. Transfer to the client's live server occurs only upon full payment settlement.
