General Terms of Service

All estimates/quotes are based on our understanding of your requirements and as per given time-frame. Any changes to the functionality including micro-improvements, may incur additional costs accordingly.

By accepting a quote, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions of Nexaroot Technology India Pvt Ltd. Acceptance can be verbal, by email, payment of initiation, or signing a quote.

Clients must ensure that we have included all requirements in the quotes/proposals and that we fully understand their needs. Any discrepancies arising due to unclear requirements will not be borne by Nexaroot Technology India Pvt Ltd.

Any complexity related to specific tasks must be advised in advance. We operate in good faith and rely on our clients to disclose the full picture at the time of quotation.

Nexaroot Technology India Pvt Ltd will make every effort to complete the project in the given timeframe. Reasonable delays are accepted if functionalities are redefined or modified.

Any re-work on an already completed task or changes in design after approval will incur additional charges. All modifications requested after Go-Live approval are charged separately.

Responsive/multi-device compatible web pages are tested on modern iPhone and Android devices. If you require testing on specific legacy devices, please discuss in advance.

Nexaroot Technology India Pvt Ltd software codes (excluding open source) are copyrights of Nexaroot Technology India Pvt Ltd. Licenses for use are granted upon full settlement of all invoices.

Design & Development Process

  • Initial payment (40% of total project cost) is processed to start the project.
  • Mock-ups will be provided within 5 to 10 working days after receiving all branding materials.
  • Up to 3-5 design modifications are generally included within the given estimates.
  • Full payment is required prior to transferring the website to any external/live servers.

AMC (Annual Maintenance) Terms

  • • All maintenance packages are for a minimum of 12 months.
  • • Packages are designed for maintenance only, not for major redesigns or new functional additions.
  • • Support requests must be sent via email to work@nexaroot.in
  • • Payment for monthly maintenance is due on the 1st of every month. Late payments may attract administrative fees.
  • • Termination requires at least one month's written notice prior to the renewal date.
