1. General Refund Policy
All payments made to NEXAROOT TECHNOLOGY are considered final. Refunds are provided only in exceptional circumstances as described below.
Subscription fees, setup charges, onboarding fees, and renewal payments are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement.
2. Subscription Plans
SaaS subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Once a subscription period has started, no refunds will be issued for partial usage, unused time, or early termination.
- No refund for plan upgrades or downgrades
- No refund for failure to cancel before renewal
- No refund for change of business decision
3. Free Trial & Demo Accounts
If a free trial or demo period is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the software before making a payment. No refunds will be issued once the paid subscription is activated.
4. Exceptional Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered only under the following limited conditions:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Incorrect amount charged because of system malfunction
- Payment made after written confirmation of service unavailability
Any approved refund will be processed after verification and internal review.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund (if applicable), users must submit a written request within 7 days of the transaction date, including:
- Registered email address
- Invoice or payment reference number
- Reason for refund request
6. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 working days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used.
NEXAROOT TECHNOLOGY is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party financial institutions.
7. Service Suspension & Termination
Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms & Conditions does not qualify for any refund.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised policy.
9. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
